Who we are
GetPageSpeed Amplify is operated by GetPageSpeed LLC ("we", "us"). The Uptime by GetPageSpeed iOS app and the amplify.getpagespeed.com web service are part of the same product. This policy covers both.
What we collect
- Account data — email address, login name, and (for Sign-in-with-Apple users) the Apple subject identifier. Used only to authenticate you and to send the alerts you ask for.
- Sites and hosts you monitor — URLs, hostnames, IP addresses, and the metrics or check results we receive on your behalf. We do not sell or share this data.
- Device push tokens — when you enable push notifications, we store the APNs token so we can deliver alerts. Deleted within 30 days of you signing out or APNs marking the token invalid.
- Apple subscription identifiers — the original transaction id Apple gives us is stored to reconcile your subscription tier. We never see your payment instrument; that stays with Apple.
- Request metadata — IP address and timestamps for rate-limiting and abuse prevention. Aggregated request logs are kept up to 30 days; we do not build user profiles from them.
What we do not collect
- We do not run third-party advertising trackers in the iOS app.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your data.
- The agent you install on your server (
nginx-amplify-agent) sends only the metrics it is configured to collect. It does not send file contents or access logs unless you explicitly enable that.
How long we keep data
- Metrics — retention is plan-dependent (4 hours on Free, 7 days on Starter, 30 days on Pro/Team). Older raw data is dropped or aggregated.
- Uptime check history — same retention bands as metrics.
- Account data — kept until you delete your account, after which it is purged within 30 days.
Sign in with Apple
If you sign in with Apple, the only data we receive is your Apple-issued user identifier (the "sub" claim) and the email address you choose to share. If you use Apple's Hide-My-Email relay, we receive only the relay address and send alerts through it normally.
Your rights
You can export or delete your account at any time from Settings → Account, or by emailing support@getpagespeed.com. We respond to GDPR and CCPA requests within 30 days.
