Agent Configuration
Learn how to configure the Amplify Agent to customize metrics collection, enable additional features, and optimize for your environment.
Configuration File
The main configuration file is located at:
/etc/amplify-agent/agent.conf
Essential Settings
[credentials] Section
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
api_key |
Your unique API key for authentication |
uuid |
Auto-generated unique identifier for this agent instance |
[cloud] Section
| Option | Description | Default |
|---|---|---|
api_url |
API endpoint URL | https://amplify.getpagespeed.com/1.4 |
api_timeout |
Request timeout in seconds | 60 |
[extensions] Section
| Option | Description | Default |
|---|---|---|
phpfpm |
Enable PHP-FPM monitoring | True |
mysql |
Enable MySQL monitoring | True |
[tags] Section
Tag a server so you can find it later. Tags are a comma-separated list; write key:value pairs or bare labels. They appear as chips on the Servers list and on each server's page, and clicking one filters the list to servers carrying that tag.
| Option | Description | Default |
|---|---|---|
tags |
Comma-separated tags, e.g. env:prod, region:eu-west-1, edge. The full list is re-sent on every agent restart, so removing a tag here removes it from Amplify. |
(none) |
